Crude plans have been discovered and rumors overheard pertaining to a mass escape by Tranquil Meadows patients. Security at the facility has been spread thin due to budget cuts. Patients are aware of weaknesses in the facility and security and are looking to exploit them for their escape. Early intel states that patients may be prepared for violence.

On the night of Friday, June 13th, 2025, special agents will meet outside of Tranquil Meadows Health Facility for mission training and intelligence reports. Agents will enter the facility armed with issued tranquilizer guns. Agents will have to work together while sweeping the facility for any potential escapees. One unique patient is to be captured and confined.

Search the facility for insubordinate patients. Using your limited tranquilizer darts when needed, subdue and contain anyone* trying to escape. Prevention and containment is paramount. *Be aware: one subject within the facility must not be tranquilized. He will become STRONGER! Confinement is the only option. REPEAT: DO NOT SHOOT!
